Tennis camp terms

GENERAL TERMS

  • Camp slots are limited and priority will be given to those who can attend the full camp duration.

  • If student is found to be not of suitable age/ability, the coach deserves the right to prohibit the client from taking part or advise to attend a more appropriate session.

  • If a student misses camp (day/s) due to exceptional circumstances, e.g., on presentation of a doctor’s medical certification, the coaching team will endeavour to provide a credit to use in the next camp. A minimum of 24 hours notification to the coaching team is essential if you are going to miss a lesson. It is the sole responsibility of the player/parent to enquire with the coaching staff regarding the make-up lessons. Please note that doctor's appointments will not be regarded as an exceptional circumstance.

  • If Coach is unable to make it for session/s due to illness or being away, the session credit/s will be applied in the next camp.

  • There will be no make-up session for camps, unless otherwise stated.

RAIN POLICY

  • A wet weather program can be carried out in event of a persistent rain. On-court session will resume once the rain stops and when it is safe to do so again.

  • In the event of rain, start and end time of the camp might be pushed back by no more than 30 minutes.

  • Sessions cancelled due to heavy and persistent rain will be counted as credits for subsequent camps.

PAYMENT

  • PayNow to UEN number: 53353560C333 (DREAM UP) or
    Bank Transfer to MariBank Singapore Private Limited Account Number - 250 012 852 (Fast Transfer Only).

  • Credit card payments (currently unavailable) are subject to an additional non-refundable credit card processing fees.

  • Payment before session is required to confirm and based on a first come first serve basis.

  • There will be no refund of fees for withdrawal or absenteeism.

  • All payments received are strictly non-refundable and not transferable.

SAFETY & LOST OF BELONGINGS

  • Dream Up will not be held responsible or accountable for any loss of any belongings during the sessions.

  • Coaches should be informed of any medical conditions that might affect the lesson.

  • Dream Up will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries or mishaps during the sessions.

  • Any form or aggression (physical/verbal) that poses danger towards the coach or other students will not be tolerated.

MEDIA POLICY

  • Dream Up is granted the right to photograph and/or video record for teaching purposes and be allowed (only by consent) to use your name, voice and appearance in connection with social media and promotional materials, without compensation of any kind.

UNEXPECTED DISRUPTIONS

  • Any unexpected disruptions such as unexpected unavailability of court, court closure, renovation works or change in policy, sessions may be canceled and adjusted accordingly.​

COMPANY CHANGES & CANCELLATION

  • Dream Up reserves the right to change class times, coaches, combine or cancel classes if necessary.

  • Terms and conditions are subjected to change without prior notice.
